Coping Corner prioritizes measurable progress, clear collaborative goals, and flexible delivery options (in-person and online) to fit your life. Sessions are confidential, goal-focused, and adapted to each client’s preferences and pace.

Therapy sessions for children (4 - 10) , adolescents (11 - 18) , and adults (18+) are offered in English and Tagalog. Sessions are available in person or via telehealth, with flexible session lengths (50 - 75 minutes) as needed.

Sessions use evidence-based approaches tailored to each relationship, helping partners understand each other, navigate challenges, and build practical skills for a healthier, more fulfilling partnership.

Family Therapy

Family therapy provides a safe, supportive space for families to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships. Sessions are tailored to each family’s needs and dynamics, using practical strategies, creative activities, and guided discussions to help family members understand each other, navigate challenges, and build stronger connections.
