All sessions are offered in English and/or Tagalog. Sessions are provided in person or via telehealth.

Counselling for Children (Ages 4–10)
Gentle, engaging counselling for children that uses play and art therapy to help them express emotions, build coping skills, and navigate everyday challenges. Sessions are tailored to each child’s age and developmental stage, using play, games, drawing, storytelling, and creative activities to make communication safe and natural. Therapy focuses on emotional awareness, self-regulation, problem-solving, and social skills, all practiced in a supportive, child-centered environment.

Counselling for Teens & Young People (Ages 11–18)
Counselling offers teens a safe, non-judgmental space to talk, create, and make sense of what they’re feeling. Sessions are tailored to each young person’s age, personality, and life experiences, using conversation, creative activities, journaling, role-play, and practical tools. Therapy focuses on helping teens manage stress, understand emotions, build healthy coping skills, and gain confidence navigating school, relationships, and everyday challenges.

Individual counselling for adults navigating stress, emotions, and life challenges. Sessions are developmentally informed, client-centred, and skills-focused, using conversation, creative activities, and real-world practice to support emotional regulation, problem-solving, and personal growth. -

Sessions use evidence-based approaches tailored to each relationship, helping partners understand each other, navigate challenges, and build practical skills for a healthier, more fulfilling partnership.
